How to: Increase width of Divi Slider text on mobile

by | Tips & Tricks

The full width slider module squishes the width of the slide titles on mobile which wastes space on the left and right which consequently causes the text to be vertically elongated (extra lines of text)

This can be avoided by adding the following CSS to ‘Custom CSS’ in the Divi Builder Settings that reduces the padding left & right of the Slide Module:

.et_pb_slide{
padding: 0px 0px !important;
}

The Divi Builder settings are accessed from the hamburger at the top/right of the builder on the page you are editing:

Note: in the above CSS, the first padding value relates to Top and Bottom padding and the second value to Left and Right padding. Adjust according to your needs. Alternatively and for more control  you could use:

padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px !important; (Top, Right, Bottom, Left)

or

padding-top: 0px !important;
padding-right: 0px !important;
padding-bottom: 0px !important;
padding-left: 0px !important;
